Refund Policy
SaaSHooks offers a simple refund path for buyers of its digital product packs.
14-day refund window
If you buy the SaaSHooks Pricing Page Copy Pack v1 and it is not useful for your SaaS pricing or checkout copy work, email support@getsaashooks.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the checkout email and a short note about what did not work for you.
Digital product access
Because this is a digital product, we may ask a few support questions before issuing a refund so we can fix delivery problems or clarify missing materials. Refunds are handled through the payment processor when the purchase was made through live checkout.
Delivery issues
If the checkout succeeds but the product link does not work, contact support instead of repurchasing. We will verify the order and send the correct product delivery instructions manually.
